about.

Senior Web Developer & Designer at 505 Games, owning and managing the company's entire estate of 30 websites.

I'm Sunny Kotecha, a web developer and designer who owns and manages the full 505 Games estate of 30 high-traffic commercial websites serving millions of users a year. For over 15 years, I've led the technical delivery of conversion-focused sites for major titles including Wuchang, Crime Boss: Rockay City, and Blades of Fire, managing everything from initial architecture through to global launch and ongoing day-to-day operation.

My career spans private, charity, and freelance work. Before 505 Games I was Senior Web Developer at the RAF Association, and I've delivered backend server and WordPress theme updates for clients like Mac Nutrition Uni, so I'm used to adapting to very different organisations and audiences. At 505 I also built and lead a team of web engineers, working daily with brand teams, senior management, and external partners.

My background bridges the gap between frontend engineering, UI/UX design, and backend architecture. I build with modern stacks including React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS alongside custom WordPress themes on AWS-backed infrastructure, and I manage the full measurement stack myself: GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO, and Core Web Vitals, so sites don't just look right, they perform and convert.
